What we collect

Public listings. Information about companies, research labs, and resources comes from public sources and (when claimed) from the people who claim those listings.

Account information. When you claim a listing, we store your email address and an association to the company you claimed. We do not store passwords — sign-in uses one-time magic links.

Contact form. When you fill out the contact form, we store your name, email, message, and the IP address and user-agent of the request (for spam protection).

Analytics. We may use server-side request logs and aggregate Google Search Console data. We do not currently run third-party analytics scripts.

What we don't collect

• Payment card data — if/when we accept payments, Stripe handles it directly.
• Marketing tracking cookies.
• Information about you from data brokers.

How we use it

Listing information is published on the directory. Account information is used to authenticate you and let you edit your claimed listing. Contact-form submissions are used to respond to your message.

We don't sell your data. We don't share it with third parties except service providers who help us run the site (email delivery, hosting, payment processing if applicable).

How long we keep it

• Listings: indefinitely while published; deleted on request.
• Accounts: as long as you have a claimed listing.
• Contact-form messages: up to 12 months, then deleted.
• Logs: 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have about you (access).
• Correct it (rectification).
• Delete it (erasure / "right to be forgotten").
• Export it (portability).

Email us via the contact form or directly. Response within 30 days.

Children

Baltimore.ai is not directed to children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Substantive changes will be highlighted at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
